Went in looking to stick to a price range and get a great car. Jason Bartlett did awesome didn’t show me something I couldn’t get, took into consideration what I wanted and answered all my questions without hesitation facts in hand. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new to you or new car in general. They have a great kids area too. Just a great place all around.

Seriously the best car dealership in town to purchase a vehicle from! We have bought both our Toyota Camry and Tundra from here. Our Camry is the best car we have ever owned and we already feel the same way about our newly purchased Tundra. In my opinion, Toyota is the best car brand around. You really cannot beat the quality of their vehicles. Our salesman Alex Moschitti is literally the best sales person we have ever worked with. He is genuine, honest, respectful, and overall a great guy. Not even once did we ever feel pressured to buy something and he always made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We were not just a number or sale to him. We really have nothing but positive things to say about Kendall Toyota of Bend. Everyone we have worked with has been great. We will continue to service our current vehicles here and will no doubt be buying future vehicles from here as well! Thank you to everyone at Kendall Toyota for always providing my wife and I top notch service. Especially Alex. Big kudos to him for being awesome.

Excellent customer service and makes time to help where needed. I have stopped in the service department without an appointment to ask a question. I was helped immediately & with courstey. I have stopped for air pressure checks on the car tires, was helped again immediately. I highly recommend Kendall Toyota service department you will be happy you did.

Be wary about buying used from here. I bought a used, but relatively new, car from here four months ago. Shortly after buying my car I realized that the horn didn't work. I called and took it in and they were unable to diagnose the issue. Had to take it in to their sister store a week later where the issue was diagnosed and a part was ordered. From my understanding, the horn did not work because of an airbag issue. I was without a working horn or airbag for about three weeks by the time this got resolved. Now, just a few weeks later, my warranty is up and my check engine light is on. I got the code diagnosed (for free at Autozone -- which Kendall Toyota wanted to charge me $125 for btw).I fully understand that warranties are pretty cut and dry and mine is up as of four weeks ago - but at what point should customer service take into account that I was sold a car (with my brand new baby in my arms, mind you) that hadn't even be checked if it had a working airbag and horn?!?! And now there's an issue with the cylinder misfiring that's likely going to be a pricey fix. I genuinely feel like my car was not even checked prior to being sold (when I had asked if it had had an oil change already or if I should schedule one, the answer was "I don't know"). I will say that the customer service I received was always polite and courteous so I don't hold any of this against the employees - but again, I would think about purchasing a used car elsewhere.

We had an awesome experience finding the perfect Highlander for us. Nicholas Johnson helped us all along our journey to find exactly what we were looking for, no easy task as 2018 models were becoming scarce in the colors and options we wanted. We are so excited with the car Jack found! Paperwork was quick and easy, I was taken on a tour of the service area where I met a representative who explained the process and even scheduled our first check-up. Besides being an excellent tutor, Nicholas actually delivered the car to us. We are so happy we went local with Kendall Toyota of Bend.
