The service team at Comox Valley Dodge worked against me to deny my ICBC water damage claim. I was appalled by the service manager's willingness to lie to my face about working electrical components. I understand, when it comes to insurance claims, ICBC pays the dealership more than the customer but still you would expect better service then that. I love my truck but wont be going there anymore.

Bought side view mirrors for my dodge rebel and was completely impressed by the parts manager. I would highly recommend this dodge dealership.

The dealership is in very poor condition and in need of a major renovation, based on this l would not purchase a vehicle from here. I did use the service department to carry out a recall on my truck, when l picked up my truck there were oil marks on the head lining and seats, will not go back again.
