Buying my first brand new vehicle was terrifying. Mark and James make a good time. I must admit I was a lot of work and they busted butt to ensure I had a great experience. Thanks Mark for being so calm and patient.

Logan Graves and the team at Comox Valley Nissan I highly recommend to everyone. I drove up from Victoria to make a purchase and love my new car. There were no surprises and the service was amazing. I wish all car dealerships were as good. Thanks again Logan for all your help. 5 big stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at Comox Valley Nissan were great! I drove in Christmas Eve with a truck I wanted to trade in, and they were quick to help. They got me into a beautiful Sante Fe from their used section and I just love it. Mark (my sales rep) was wonderful to deal with, right down to the way to small ugly Christmas sweater. I will definitely be coming back for future vehicle purchases.

Bill and Logan were amazing to work with! Not only did they get us the car we wanted but they were also patient and met every single on of our demands (including a big red bow since it's Christmas). We live in Victoria and would drive back up to deal with them again for our next vehicle.

Got my Nissan serviced here today, and I'm very pleased with how I was treated. Friendly staff, and the service desk receptionist (Paige) is great! I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be coming back again if I ever need anything.
