We just bought a 2019 Odyssey at Island Honda and the level of service we received far exceeded our expectations. This is our first Honda, and most likely the first of many. I will continue to shop at Island Honda for future vehicles. A big thank you to Henry for going above and beyond for us. Overall it was a great experience. Worth the drive if you live in Campbell River.

Service at Island Honda is always a 5 star for me. Prompt, polite and a nice car wash to finish off. I'd recommend them.

My last visit with Honda was much better than I could have expected. The service personnel were efficient and pleasant to deal with. I was offered coffee in the waiting room and TV was available if I wanted to view it. I will be dealing with Honda service in the future and fully expect good service and pleasant personnel. Keep up the good work. Bill Vennels

Stay away from this dealership, they obviously had something change because in 2011 bought from them and had a great experience no problems, but now they are crooks asking more money for a demo one year old then a brand new!! Who does that? Obviously it shows who they really are!! Sales person Lorna Stefanson stay away.

We had the pleasure of buying a second hand vehicle from this dealership today. Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was within our price range and that the transaction went through as smooth as possible. Definitely the best interaction I have had with a salesperson in my life. Would highly recommend dealing with him if you are thinking of buying a Honda!!
