We were on holidays on the Island and our truck had some valve issues and the service department,Len, helped get us going in a very professional, and timely manner. Tyee flew in the parts and gave us a rental vehicle, and my truck was fixed in 3 days. Thanks for your good work, truck is running great.. Thanks Ryan Dixon and Sarah Buga.

I’ve got a 2017 Model Chev Car. I have had it in the service shop 3 times this year for different mechanical failures. Not ONCE has the problem been covered under warranty. They always seem to make up a reason why warranty will not cover it. Wondering if the warranty doesn’t pay them as much as a walk in customer for their time.

Everyone there is super nice! Always excellent customer service and automotive repair is amazing. They've been very good to me and I've been back approximately 4 times for different reasons. I've never had to go back when they fixed my car with any issues it was always fixed excellent first time.

I just purchased a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra From Nick Rose at Tyee Chev in Campbell River, BC. I really appreciate the way Nick was able to communicate with me during the course of the deal. I needed the truck asap & he made that happen! He returns phone calls quickly & will text back promptly - WHICH IS HUGE! I found him open & honest & I will be buying more vehicles from NICK ROSE again in the future. PS - Todd the Sales Manager was also really good to deal with.!

My better half and I went to Tyee in January to look at Chevy trucks, there we met Nick Rose. A very knowledgable, not a pushy sales man. He answered our questions regarding different package style of trucks and he worked with the numbers we could afford. We drove away that day happy customers in a new GMC Sierra. While we were there, I spotted a Chevy Volt and a month later , we contacted Nick again to inquire about it because had such a great experience and follow up with every one there. I am now a proud owner of a Chevy Volt, thanks to Nick. It was the best purchasing experience I have had in a long time. Keep up the good work Nick and the people at Tyee!
