The best service EVER!!! I had been getting the run around from another Mazda Dealer for 4 weeks. I called Coastline Mazda was approved and had a car within 3 hours! I will definitely return! Many thanks to Stephanie and Cheryl.

I’ve been contacting a few dealerships with regards to quotes. Coastline Mazda was very efficient and consistent with their communication leading up to my purchase. They were able to sell me a vehicle that they did not have at their dealership and even offered to ship it to me for free. I live in Northern BC, and it is quite a distance for me to travel there. They’ve provided me reassurance and confidence with their transportation and services. I am pleased with Coastline so far.

Pleasant staff to deal with. Did not feel any high pressure tactics, rather a very courteous, professional and friendly group of people from management to sales and service.

Coastline always make me feel welcome and taken good care of from the moment I arrive until I leave with a bottle of water for the road. Our car was in for its one year inspection this last time and Jessica looked up any recalls before I got there and had a courtesy car waiting for me. Thank you for taking good care of my car.

I was disappointed that I was informed my emergency brake is soft. The history ofy car indicated emergency brake issues and yet nothing was done. The intermittent squeak has been occurring for 3 years and not once has this been mentioned. These issues I would hope be covered under extended warranty that may have just recently expired!!!
