I’m always impressed when I take my vehicle into Kamloops Ford Lincoln. The entire service team is great. Sarah, my Lincoln advisor, is super organized and I appreciate her being on top of things on my behalf. Shane, the service manager, is always part of the process and makes an extra effort to support his team. It’s a perk to pick up my freshly washed vehicle every time it’s at the dealership and nice to work with people who want to work with you! Good Job!

Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE. Love it!!! Jeff & Cory were great to deal with. All the staff are courteous, friendly and talked to us as they walked by. No shortage of service at this dealership. This is our second purchase from KFL - had a good experience the first time around too. Happy customers - most definitely will be back!

We recently purchased a custom built Ford F450 from Kamloops Ford Lincoln. Buying a new vehicle can be a daunting experience, but the service we received at the dealership made the experience a very positive one. Our sales associate Rick Proctor, went above and beyond to answer our many questions and to help us make the right choice for us. He was professional, personable, down-to-earth and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed or pressured, and feel we received excellent value and quality in our new truck. We would highly recommend Rick. Our communication with the sales manager James and business manager Corey were also positive. Overall a very good experience and we absolutely love our new truck!

Everyone is super friendly, very polite, always greeted with a big smile from Holly. Jake was very patient with us and helped us find the perfect truck. Corey in finance totally made it work for us. Very impressed with the whole place. My daughters and I were treated so well during the whole process. Stoked about our truck and knowing we will be well taken care of by them as the years go by.

My truck was at the shop for the Recalls and took 2 full days that I didn’t have my vehicle. No courtesy car provided. Once I had my vehicle back, the locks on the back doors were non functioning and I had to driven around for a week like that before they re booked me in. Got the locks finally working and now 3 of the black knobs that go on the threads for the locks are missing and I have to wait for them to order them in. My truck went in to the shop in better shape than it came out and nearly 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for it to be complete.
