Recently negotiated a trade here and the value's the staff came up with for the vehicles was fair and exactly what we estimated it to be ourselves. It was a super great experience not to have to play the totally outdated "used car salesman game". Galaxy is a modern style of auto dealership, with company standards based on open, clear communication and above board value estimates and appraisals. Of course there are still sales... the regular push for upgrades etc., but those felt like options, not hard sells and when we declined or asked to move on, they moved on easily and without pressure. Hands down best experience I have had purchasing a car. We left with exactly what we wanted and no slimy feeling. The staff, especially our sales man, Jim McLeod, went above and beyond to help with the little details, even after the sale was finalized and we had left. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bryce here today. I had many ideas of what type of vehicle I was looking for, and I had the opportunity to email him back and forth before visiting. When I arrived this afternoon, he had the perfect selection of vehicles to show me. They all fit the general parameters of what I wanted. I ended up leaving with a basically brand new perfect Hyundai Elantra. I saved so much compared to if I had gone to a new car dealership. Everyone as so helpful and friendly. The entire process was smooth and painless. I had hoped I might drive away in something brand new that I loved today... And I did. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality almost new ride. Thanks Bryce and everyone at Galaxy Motors!!!

I did not think purchasing a car would be so easy. Bryce Metzger, our sales guy, was so good at matching our energy that we did not feel an ounce of pressure during this sale. He truly made this experience enjoyable. Dealership Manager Alex T is straight up, and will absolutely do what is in his power to accommodate your financial needs when making such a large purchase. Joe Watson is absolutely amazing!!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. I seriously could not have done it without him. Would 100% recommend to anyone. If you're looking for your dream car he is the man to go to. Such a super nice guy aswell :) He made me feel super comfortable and made sure I understood the whole process. I will always buy my cars from Joe!!!

I have been hesitant of buying a car and Galaxy Motor match me to the perfect ride. I am happy with my purchase even though I did not want to make it. They are a knowledgeable and hard working team. Joe Watson and Colby Perkins stayed late, came in early, and treated me like family. I defiantly will be going there for my next car, and oil changes so I can pop in and say hi!
