Willie Dodge has been my go to for maintenance and repairs since 2008 when I bought my 2005 Grand Caravan there. A great knowledgeable service department that always got me back on the road quickly. I just recently bought a 2019 Grand Caravan and once again had a great experience . Lots of help with financing and the fine details allowing me to feel comfortable purchasing my new van. Andrew and the team in the service department did an amazing job of taking care of the issues I was having with my vehicle. They even took care of corresponding with a third party to settle payment. All I had to do was show up. They also called a couple days later to follow up and ensure I was satisfied with the service. Thanks folks!

Dealerships normally give me anxiety and buying a car stresses me out, but Frank made the experience stress free, comfortable, and even enjoyable! Frank listened to what I wanted and helped get me into a car I love without breaking my bank!! He’s even checked in to make sure I’m still happy with my purchase. Would 100% buy from Frank again.

Service department needs to do some serious customer service work. Booked my truck in for recalls. They did the two random items I asked them to look at and never fixed my recall. Had to wait around for an hour for them to figure out what was wrong. Then get a rental that had the fuel light on when I started it. Wasted most of my day waiting for them to figure out what happened. Took months to get my parts in for my other vehicle that had recalls and I had to keep phoning to find out only to find out they had the parts for a month and "forgot to call" Won't ever be going there for any service work again or purchase.

The best dealership I've ever been to! I hate writing reviews but this team deserves it! From the second they called me about my inquiry I felt the warmth in their hearts and how they truly care about their customers. The two salespeople(Matt & Chris) and finance manager(Namika) that assisted me were beyond sweet and very personable people, they made me feel comfortable like I've known them for years! That's a huge part in buying a car, they make me want to go back there and just sit and chat with them, honestly the sweetest people! The financial manger sat with me and she made sure I understood all the numbers and everything that was happening before I purchased my Jeep. Moral of the story, if you go in you wont regret it, you wont fell awkward and you'll absolutely love it! I know I will not be going to any other dealership, they have a life long customer here!
