Ramsay was awesome! He worked with me to find a great used car I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of, answered all the questions I had (more importantly, questions I didn’t have since I’m not a car person), and was super friendly about everything. He even followed up to make sure I was still liking the car after I took it home. Thanks Ramsay! 🙂 --- Update after one month: the car started having some computer and battery issues (it's a used vehicle; you can't catch everything), so I got it serviced and even though they weren't obligated to they covered the cost of the repair since I had just purchased the vehicle and they wanted to keep me happy. I really appreciate it!

I give 4 of 5 stars because we all know there is always room for improvement. That being said, my sales representative, Abdul, was very patient throughout this sale while we waited for funds to come through. His attention to the details, both with the vehicle and the details of the purchase, were excellent. I am very happy with my 'new' 2015 red Corolla. The attention to the cosmetic details were taken care of to the point that it looks like a brand new car, hot off the assembly line! Thank you Abdul, for a great experience during this transaction. Excellent customer service!!

Starting from greeting to the end of the leasing process, Jonathan was very helpful and easy to talk to. He explained different options and answered all our questions patiently. Besides, Murray was very clear and thorough about the financial part which eased our concerns. I really appreciate Jonathan and Murray's help and I am satisfied with the service and my new car.
