Ryley Oswald and Paul Wallace went above and beyond to meet my vehicle needs. Extensive research for the product that I wanted and a tireless effort to make me feel at ease with my decision to move forward and buy our Ford Edge! Very professional staff and my hat is off once again to Paul Wallace for making it all happen on this my 3rd vehicle in a row purchased from Glen Oak downtown Victoria, BC.

Went in for recalls and multiple repairs on my 2018 f-150. - vacuum leak at brake master cylinder. During investigation it was made worse. They sent me home with it even though the master cylinder was leaking terribly and the brake pedal would push your foot up releasing brake pressure at a stop. - recall on freezing door locks. Door panels are scratched up as they were carelessly handled when removed. - block heater coolant leak. Bolts are loose and missing from block heater assembly after repair. There is a recall for this as well. Not sure if the recalled component was addressed as there was no mention of it. I just heard about it recently. - backup camera not working properly. They did an update to sync and now phone must be manually connected every time. Camera is still not working intermittently - driver seat back rest hinges broken. Replacement back rest hinges are expected to fail soon. They don’t always release and lock in unison, the mechanism will wear out again, causing the back to lock in a crooked position creating back pain. - No communication about when to expect repairs to be done. Waited over a month for the first round of repairs, not surprisingly when I called after 6 weeks or so, all parts were in and we scheduled repairs for that week. - terrible coffee in waiting room. Very sparse service reception area. Good things are: - no issues getting a loaner vehicle - staff is pleasant and helpful. - love the vehicle, shame about all the small issues.

Ryley showed and told me about the cars and took me to test drives, Paul made a great discount and a good offer for my old Ford, Justin - the best accounting person I've ever seen- walked through all my finance questions.... and I bought a brand new Ford Escape! I had a good experience dealing with Glenoak Ford when purchasing my 'new to me' 2015 Ford Fiesta. Everyone I spoke with during this procedure was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Small drawback was no owners manual or second key for this vehicle. My husband and I are returning customers in purchasing a vehicle from Glenoak Ford, and we recommend them if anyone is looking for a new or good used vehicle. 2018-10-30 I made use of the service department for a minor task and am very pleased with the efficiency and promptness of getting this looked after. Thank you Bill Biyak, for your taking care of this for me.
