Stopped in to have my new (to me) Volvo V70 looked at for a software update. Harrison at Service was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions I had about Volvos while I was waiting for the service to be complete. I had just picked up the car the other day from a used dealer and the techs at Volvo took the time to give it a once over, as well as install the updates as requested. They were able to identify any areas that I should watch for over the coming months, but did not pressure me into unnecessary services. Harrison's honesty and experience was much appreciated. Keep it up!

We are thrilled with our car and were very impressed by the quality of the customer service we received. JM and the other service staff were very kind and helpful and took the time to explain our options and give us the full picture every step of the way. It made the big decision to buy a car a really pleasant and exciting one. Thank you!

From the time I first talked to Nick Sitonin on the phone, to the end of my purchase, Nick could not have been more helpful. I certainly felt like a valued customer: Nick addressed all of my questions quickly and fully. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to my family and friends. Thanks, Nick, for the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! (And I've had quite a few...) Barry Jensen

Bought a nice 2011 BMW X5 from Volvo Victoria. No hassles, full tank of gas in the SUV for me when I arrived to pick it up. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. Good honest staff. I would definately do business with them again.
