Honestly I had the best experience you could ask for. From all the sales people, finance person, insurance person, owner and family they all are just fabulous. I felt very looked after !! Thank you Lori and Michael

Purchased a BMW X3 from them recently. Outstanding customer service and experience from start to finish. Jim and his crew were extremely accommodating, friendly, efficient and courteous. All very forthright and transparent about the vehicle, in negotiations and price. Highly recommend these guys. Great experience. Good Job Reg Midgley!

Modified my post to include the correct name of the tire dealer they use: They sold me a car with one defective tire which I only found out months later thanks to an oil change at another place! Salesman was not helpful in fixing the problem and, instead, directed me to Big O tires who he said did the review for them before they sold it. The report said tires were good. They also GLUED the front headlight which came off to show bits of silicon all around the area. It was clearly glued-on by them. DO NOT go here - typical car salesmen who over-promise and under-deliver Their response: I think you have us mixed up with another dealer. We don't use Kal Tire. Also, maybe your tire became defective during the months that you owned the vehicle. Just a thought. My response: Well then here’s another thought: unless I drove on ONE (rear) tire for 6 months, it's pretty hard to see wear and tear to that extent when the other three are perfectly fine. Traveling 2km a day on paved roads for 6 months doesn't wear down a tire like that. And I suppose the silicon adhesive that was applied was from the manufacturer? Last I checked, VW didn't use such material. I will post a pic for you to see.
