A friend recommended Franklin Foo to me, having bought two vehicles through him. Franklin contacted me to discuss my needs. While JP Lexus didn't have the vehicle I wanted, Franklin never-the-less took the time to give me some buying tips and suggestions. I found a suitable vehicle at another JP dealer in Victoria, and Franklin was kind enough once again to help me with the process. I am very grateful for his help.

James Tran was a wonderful and personable employee who sold me a used Mazda. He followed through on all of his promises, and was very receptive and ethical. 4 weeks later, I'm so in love with my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership for sure.

Recently bought a vehicle from Franklin Foo who was very helpful and kind throughout the whole transaction. Picking me up from the airport and taking me for breakfast was a nice bonus. Following up after the transaction was made is not usually the case but for Franklin it was, assuring me to contact him for any help. Glad I bought this vehicle and look forward to the future. The JP Lexus dealership in Vic was awesome. I literally was looking at a used RX350 for 3 minutes, and by minute 5 we were in the vehicle going for a drive. The salesperson, Jiva, was personable, curteous, and well informed. His background was as an automotive technician, which enabled me to make an informed decision. The other staff as well were very detail oriented, and made it their job to make me feel like I was in good hands. All in all, the experience went quite well. I’m now sitting in the dealership waiting for the new key they ordered me, free of charge.

I went in to look at a Lexus for comparison on my current lease and to update my current lease. I met James(Jimmy)Tran. His direct, open , honest and non pushy approach provided my wife and I the opportunity to ask various questions and experience the Lexus 330h. My experience with other car dealerships in Victoria have need dismal so I was not 100% invested in changing my lease. Jimmy was thorough in his knowledge, considerate in his approach and very supportive of my wants, needs and interests in seeking out an updated vehicle. He took all the time required to answer, show and test drive the Lexus 300h,without looking at his watch or for the next interested customer. Jimmy was very honest about Lexus Victoria and his desire to move to this company.
