When I went to Victoria Hyundai to look at cars, I went in quite nervous as it was my first time buying a car. It was a great experience with Graham from start to finish! I never felt pressured in any way and felt I was presented with appropriate options for my preferences and budget. 100% recommend.

Super Great Customer Service! I highly recommend David and Jerrett. We will be life long customers as they worked with us and got us into the SUV we really wanted at an affordable price :)

Had a great afternoon at the dealership today. My wife and I went in to look at the car she wanted. Tristan and Luisa in sales made it happen with no pressure or games. Jennifer the finance manager was great to deal with as well ! From Kennedy at the front desk to Glenn in the service department, we feel like we met almost everyone at the dealership and all were calm, friendly and professional. "Freelance" Lance, their in house insurance rep got us on the road without leaving the dealership. While we were getting insurance they filled our gas tank and let us pick out a present from under the Christmas tree! When we left we found some nice treats in our new to us car for the ride home, very thoughtful!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever been in and I will be recommending them to everyone in the future. The customer service has all the other dealerships beat. I was very impressed with Tom and Tristan and all the other staff I encountered. They treat you well, listen to your concerns, and don’t try to force you into a vehicle that’s not right for you. I felt like this was the first time a sales representative didn’t try to work a payment plan before understanding what I was looking for or what my financial limit was. I felt like all conversation was honest, genuine, and helpful, not pushy, greasy, or impatient. These employees treat you with so much respect right from the second the receptionist greats you with a smile at the door.

Had a great experience at Victoria, Hyundai. Tom, as well as the management team, were excellent to work with. We had plenty of opportunities to try our vehicle and ask questions. We came in multiple times without feeling pressure to buy or commit. After many months, in many dealerships, in many cities, I can say that that is truly rare. Thank you!
