Had a great experience here with the purchase of our 2018 Forester. Mauricio is a top notch sales guy- professional, honest, not pushy at all. I feel like we got a great deal on our Forester, and it's the perfect vehicle for Island life. Our previous experience with Saunders was not good, I'm glad we went back! The service department has disappointed us a bit, but Subaru's are pretty reliable.

Everyone at Jim Pattison Subaru was very friendly and lovely to deal with. This was my first experience buying a brand new car and I was treated with the utmost respect, understanding, and kindness throughout the entire experience. John Burns went out of his way to work out a deal I was comfortable with, and I couldn't be happier with my new car! If you're looking for a car...consider a Subaru, these cars really are impressive when it comes to engineering and driving experience! If you're looking for a dealership, consider Jim Pattison Subaru. You won't be disappointed!

The Subaru Victoria team exceeded my expectations! From the start, John Burns made me feel welcome and answered all my questions knowledgeably. He made certain that the car I was considering was relevant to my specific requirements and ensured that the sales process, from start to finish, was a genuine pleasure. John Duthler, Finance Manager, also made the financing process very easy and understandable. Everyone involved clearly cared about my experience and I am happily driving my new Forester. I feel like I have a very strong team behind me. Thank you, Subaru Victoria!

Great service and care given to us on our recent purchase of a slightly used Outback. The information about the car on the website was incorrect but when we mentioned it to them, they clarified everything and went out of their way to give us the best deal they could. Mauricio was helpful, sensitive to our needs, and made sure we were well educated about our new car"s features. I would recommend this dealer to any purchasers.

my family been dealing with this dealership for 25 years. it's gone down hill since jim patison took over. Salesmen were aggressive. up sold us the tech package (at a good deal mind you). the tech package is useless constantly has glitches and is very frustrating to use. more importantly the customer service has been very poor after we've bought the car. poor communication, slow service. constantly confusing my car with other family member's cars. I would not buy another Subaru from this dealership. we've decided to service our new car elsewhere.
