Our recent experience at Audi Victoria was super. Everyone we met was very friendly and we felt no pressure to buy from anyone. Our sales agent Alexandra was brand new and in her first month at the dealership. While her knowledge was still climbing she checked with others when she didn’t know and she answered a ton of our questions with the same patient friendly approach throughout. I predict she will do well in her new job. Kim was excellent and professional and made the actual purchase part about as fun as it can get. Dave was extremely helpful, stayed close but didn’t crowd Alexandra, laughed at my jokes and made some good ones himself. What a great team. If I were not retired I might consider applying for a job there. Even the fellow in the parts department was friendly and engaging. Noa helped answer some questions for us on Sunday when he was all alone in the office, well done. He handled a couple of other clients at the same time. Great team, great product, I am excited about our new Audi, thank you for an exceptional repeatable experience. --

Working with Audi of Victoria was an amazing experience from the moment I walked onto their lot. I worked with Alexandra Elarid who helped me find the SQ5 in exact year with the exact performance and visual specs that I was looking for. I honestly was not looking to purchase that day but after the service that was provided from the Sales manager all the way to the finance team I could not pass working with this dealership. Thank you again Audi Victoria, I am a customer for life!

I just wanted to write and thank Alexandra for all the help while we were looking for a new (to us) car! Although we didn't end up going with the A6 Avant, as it was purchased while we were thinking about it, I really felt that her service was excellent. Thanks for taking the time to help me understand the car's history and condition as much as possible, and going the extra mile to find solutions to any problems we foresaw with the older vehicle, like winter tires and servicing. I was especially impressed with our interaction as we were talking about a $4000 car, but you treated the interaction with the same importance and enthusiasm as I'd expect if I was looking at a brand new S6! If I wasn't moving to the other side of the country, you could rest assured that I'd be back to see Alexandra when I buy my next car.

We just took delivery of a 2018 Audi E-tron A3 Sportback - what a great car although there will be a steep learning curve. The staff at Audi Victoria were of great assistance throughout the entire process beginning with Graham Clarke our salesperson who was knowledgeable and his patience and humour really were appreciated. Hannah who gave us the tutorial on the day we picked up the car was also very knowledgeable and patient. Finally Kimberley was also of tremendous help in takings through the myriad of paperwork. Together they made a great team and are a credit to the dealership. We are looking forward to our tutorials and meeting other E-tron owners and sharing experiences.

Visited many auto dealers in town but the sales staff here are a step above. They are professionals that are patient and friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. Buy an Audi here and get an invitation to the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit.
