Hands down one of the best Ford dealership experience I had. I went to five Ford dealers and these guys were the best. Chris, Tony and Shawn provided a wonderful experience. They held the vehicle for about 2 weeks and answered all of my questions without any pressure. Highly recommended.

An unacceptable service of the service department. Had an appointment at 11am today. Arrived at 10:30am , but the service specialist told me they can start the service of my car not earlier than 12pm. I came second time by noon and left the car, but in 40 minutes later I noticed that my car is still on a parking lot and nobody took it for the service. I grabbed the keys and told them it's unacceptable. What reason to make an appointment by exact time if they even can't start almost 2 hours later?! Coastal Ford definitely lost a loyal customer today forever.

I stopped by this Ford sales location with my family and we were warmly welcomed by Tony. Tony is very kind and patient, he introduced many different models to help us find the right car that meets all our needs. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin, which saved me from translating those professional words to my family members who don't know English that well. He knows all the car models really well and is really professional on demonstrating the functionality of each model. We got to buy the most ideal model at the end with Tony's help. And I have just got my Ford 18F150 today, loving it! Thx Tony!

I've always had great experiences at Coastal Ford Burnaby. The sales managers I've dealt with, Brian and Chris, are very professional and more importantly, honest and easy to deal with. They were also very good when it came to my trade-in appraisal and gave me the highest value for my vehicle when I was shopping around. The service department is also excellent and everyone that works here is always friendly and easy going. The RCMP also use this dealership to service their police vehicles. Overall this is a top notch dealership (and I've been to many different dealerships over the years). I highly recommend you at least make a stop here when looking for a new or used vehicle.
