A few weeks ago, my family purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan through Cary Lac from Destination Toyota Burnaby. Cary was the best car sales person I have met ever. He gave honest suggestions and feed back over the whole purchasing process which made our buying process easy and enjoyable. He treated us like first class customers even though we bought a used car. Even after the sales over, he kept his promise of a sales condition which I have never experienced from another sales person. I highly recommend Cary and Destination Toyota Burnaby and looking forward to see Cary again when my family needs another vehicle. Thank you Cary !

I absolutely love my experience at this dealership every time I stop by. The staff are always very attentive, patient, and welcoming. It makes me feel valued as a customer! My service advisor today, Derek, is an exemplary example of quality employees this location has. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me recommendation that best fit my needs instead of pushing for an easy sale which has been my experience prior to coming here. 10/10!

Excellent salesmanship. Steve Irwin is an absolute delight to deal with. He was efficient, responsive and very much helpful in making a decision. Very patient with customer selection process. He and the dealership went above and beyond the time required to make a sale. Awesome experience. Hopefully their service department will live up to the same level of service.

Took my 1987 4Runner in for it's provincial inspection and was impressed with the service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was in good spirits and were helpful in getting me squared away. Picking up the vehicle was easy too, and they washed it for me (which it needed)! Thanks to everyone who made my first experience with the dealership a very good one! I'll definitely bring the truck back to you if I need anything else!

Thank you Destination. I’ve come here twice for body work on my Honda Fit. Even with the holidays, they kept me up to date and quick turn around on the repairs. Shout out to Ankur at Hertz rental for hooking me up with a great loaner in the meanwhile. Great crew out here.
