I contacted this dealership regarding a car that was advertised online. When I reached the dealership via telephone, the salesman described the vehicle as a "tight little ride." Needless to say, I was disappointed to learn that the vehicle had previously been a written off. I'm sure glad I didn't incur the cost of travelling to Burnaby from Vancouver Island before I discovered the truth. Seeing as how the vehicle's title was listed as "clean" and the fellow failed to provide any accurate details, I suggest doing your homework before visiting this car lot. P.S. My one star rating is very generous. If I could provide a lower rating, then I would not hesitate.

Bought a car from here, was supposed to have a working CD player as advertised but it was broken. Luckily I went back to complain and they said they would replace it but after several weeks and a few phone calls they never delivered on their promise, they just seemed to keep forgetting every time. Further to this, I could hear a loud knock which definitely sounded like a worn engine mount. I raised this concern but it was dismissed. I took it to my trusted mechanic and it turned out the engine mount was so loose it was hardly held on. My mechanic kindly tightened it back up for me, making it good as new and removing this engine knock. Shame the dealer couldn't admit there was such a major issue or take the time to sort it out. They seemed like genuine nice people but it was just a facade, don't expect any honesty

I would like to just say. That I was treated like Royalty here back in 2013. I was just getting out of drug and alcohol rehabilitation. When I came across some much needed money from icbc car accident payout. I called every used car lot in Vancouver. No one would help me. I came across Luxor motors. And decided to take a last minute chance.i called. Dave answered. I explain my situation and he invited me down. He even stayed open past hours to accommodate me. Upon arriving I was greeted by Dave. Who was very very helpful and very knowledgeable. He allowed me time to browse the inventory. Eventually I came across a beautiful one owner Ford Explorer limited in mint shape. He wanted 3500. But stated there was wiggle room. In the end. I drove away extremely happy. Cost me 2000 all in. Dave even followed me up to the Gas station and filled my tank complimentary!! Now who does anymore in this day and age! No one. I would highly recommend Luxor Motors and Dave as your go too used motors car lot!! Thank you Dave. 👍👍

honestly I have no idea why the rating is too low. I hesitated when I arrived because of the rating but overall I had a great experience. They showed me all the cars with many details. They explained all cons and pros for each car. They are so professional. Price are quite reasonable, their warranty offers make sense. The sales people knows so many technical stuff. after we meet and talking 10 minutes they give me the keys for test drive. they didn't even come with me! what kind of trust is this! I would absolutely recommending these place.
