Purchased a Subaru Outback from John and have had no problems since. John is very honest and does not give the normal car salesman speech. After visiting most of the dealers in Vancouver, I would highly recommend.

I just purchased a car from JJ Motor Cars. This is actually my second car I’ve bought from them and the experience was fantastic. John was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy like some car salesman can be. The car I bought was beautifully detailed and drives phenomenally well. I want to say “Wow!” From start to finish it was a great experience. Many thanks to John in helping me out with a purchase of a car. I’ve been hunting around for a long long time (months) for the car I got (so I know what I was getting myself into - I would highly recommend everyone to research on the car they’re interested in prior to their purchase. Do your due diligence!) He was very nice and friendly by allowing me to test drive on my own (most likely because he had to watch the shop so may it differ for everyone) as I wanted to make sure the car was in running order. He did mention the oil change, brakes were just done and tires are good. I checked all of them. Indeed they were done and tires were good! (Dot code showed they were within the year so they’re not “expired”). I had a trade in which I understand isn’t their standard of business to take them in but he allowed the trade to happen as I explained my situation with the trade in vehicle. I appreciate it that he took it in. He was honest in saying I would be better off selling it private as it will get me more money. I had asked for a favour to be done on the new car I purchased which John followed through and did himself the night before. The insurance guy, Mike, was also very nice! He’s the best! Keep using him! He saved me a lot of headache. At the time of purchase, John, was also very upfront about warranty etc. I choose not to purchase but that’s because I have my sources if something does happen and my own knowledge/skill set. He takes privacy very seriously so I’m confident they’ll dispose of any information I provided to them as he personally cut out names and numbers! This kind of used dealership is a breath of fresh air. If only other dealerships learn even a bit from you about customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to purchase another car but I don’t know when that will be as I’m planning to do quite a bit to the car I just got. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much again John and Mike! When I need a family hauler, I’ll come back if you have a SUV (Or wagon! *nudge nudge* Haha) that I want! Cheers!

They sell quality used vehicles , and they are very good at answering all your questions or concerns. Easy to get of ahold of , through email or phone . And John is a man of his word . He went out of his way , to give me the oppertunity to purchase the Grand Vitara i had been searching for , for so long . I would recommend buying from JJ motors , because of good quality service and vehicles .

it was 2009, I put $3000 deposit for holding mini cooper(blue). On the contract paper, if I cancel it, it should be returned whole amount of deposit to the customer. I decided to cancel the car and i asked the owner to return my $3000.00 and he created a new fake paper and showed me and gave me only $1000 back. DO NOT BUY AND CARS FROM JJ MOTORS NEVER EVER FOREVER!!!!!
