Service was fast and efficient, and staff were very pleasant and professional. They took my car in first thing Monday morning, clearly explained all the diagnostics with pictures and gave me all my service options. They had my car running and I was on my way back to Vancouver later that afternoon, at a fraction of the cost it would have been at the dealership.

Overall great experience working with these guys, everything from showing the van, to the sale, to anything that'll come up afterwords I felt reassured and in good hands. These guys were well spoken and made the sale just as exciting for them as it was for me!

I was hoping to give a great review. We went to this dealership after reading the really good reviews here on Google. We saw what appeared to be a great used truck. The people who worked there seemed knowledgeable and helpful.... So we bought the used truck... This past Monday...... In less than a week this truck was no longer shutting off when we turned the key off. We did go back to the dealership and they did get their mechanic to look at the problem. They did see the situation but after unhooking the battery and I'm guessing the alternator? The engine shut off. They say that their mechanic started the truck 20 times and wasn't able to replicate the problem. So today....Friday.... day 5 of owning the truck it would not start. The battery was dead. We charged it at home and checked for anything that could have been left on... nothing.... Then the engine light went on.... We called the dealership again and they said that we bought it, this is now our problem and to go to an electrical mechanic to look further into this problem... We drove the truck tonight just to see if the ignition issue was resolved since the mechanic looked at it... We tried to shut the engine off again but no... Again it is stuck. But apparently this is now our problem. Can't wait to see what day 6 brings... Very disappointed after reading such good reviews. We would have expected that a truck we'd had less than a week would still be running properly or the dealership would have taken care of the problem. Did they know of this problem before it was sold to us? I hope not. 2 stars as the dealership did look at this truck once. However we still have a 1 star truck.

My family has gotten a couple vehicles from here and they have all ran amazing! I believe it's a family owned business so they really take care of their clients. To this day they check up on us. If you're looking for a trust worthy dealership, this is one of them.

Staff was friendly, vehicle I was going to purchase was chev silverado, was told it was inspected by a licensed mechanic, light was on for a low tire, went for road test, got up to hiway speed and truck started to shimy, went back to shop and pumped up tire, light went out and noticed nuts on hubcaps loose and front hubs very warm, went for road test again, shimy still there. Went back to shop, checked hubs, they were very hot, checked engine oil level and it was low, went in to talk to salesman, made him an offer,he refused.I told him I would take the truck as is,he was so going to supply me with the hubs ,which needed to be replaced, agreed on a price, he went out for a few minutes, when he came back he said that he couldn't do the deal because he made a mistake on the price of hubs. He wouldn't budge very much on price, truck has been on Lot for over 200 days ,you would think he would be happy to rid of it,my offer was at fare market price, won't be dealing there anymore
