honestly we had a good experience. I bought a Chevy Sonic here at he beginning of August and It turned out to be a great car. The reason I'm commenting now is the car was just totaled by a friend that it was lent to and I'm looking to replace it, so I thought I'd check they're website for a replacement. Btw, the sonic went thru the accident like a champ, I'm disappointed ICBC wrote it off. The side curtain airbags deployed so they say it's too expensive to repair.

literally worse than hitler. Dishonest. Car was not in the condition that they advertise. Cost me thousands to get the problem diagnosed properly and another thousand to fix it. These gentleman said they would pay for all repairs. Then they would not return my calls or emails. Please do yourself a favour an buy a car from anyone else than these idiots. I cannot believe they are allowed to continually get away with this. Run! Run away!

Took a used vehicle for a test ride, upon arriving back to the lot I noticed that one of the running headlights was out, dealer Ash said "no problem, I'll take care of that right away", believing his promise, I went ahead with the purchase. Then he couldn't fix the headlight because he had to get the part, then he said "100% tomorrow", he didn't even call me, so I called him, he said he got the part but his mechanic didn't come in. So the following day my girlfriend called to see when the mechanic would be in, and was treated very rudely be the receptionist, and was told "you drove the car off the lot, it's not our problem". She sounded like a robot, as if she had said that phrase many times before... Then dealer Ash gets on the phone and yelled at her. A few hours later the receptionist called us back to say the mechanic was in, so we took the car back to the dealership and were greeted by an intimidating muscly man, arms crossed and wearing allot of cologne and hideously tight pants. (What was I thinking in the first place?) The mechanic finally and begrudgingly replaced the bulb, 3 days later and with much force on our part. We also found traces of mold on the back seat and under the floor mat., and they refused to address the problem. Overall I was left with a bad impression, it was not a pleasurable experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. And then I've found these numerous poor reviews. Buyer BEWARE. Do your research. Now I am feeling very uncomfortable with this purchase, and will be taking further action to double check that the "ICBC Vehicle Claims History" is legitimate. Will keep you posted.
