Absolutely Unacceptable. After spending some time over the phone to book my car in for service, I ended up scheduling on a Saturday morning regardless of having late plans the night before. This was for their priority service which means I can wait for my car there and have it back in an hour. I had originally suggested bringing my car in during the week, dropping it off in the morning and picking it up after work. This could not be done because I can not pick up the car after 6:00pm. I brought my car in this morning at 8:50am (I was told to be 10mins early) only to be told I'll have my car back at 12:00pm. I told the tech that I can not wait around here for 3 hours. (I was scheduled to have my car back in an hour). They do not have any courtesy cars and there are other car that need to be serviced before mine. I explained to him why it had to be scheduled at that time and was told there's nothing they can do. No one bothered to call me? Now I have to re-book the service for another day and now I'm being told that I can in fact pick up my car after 6:00pm and can be booked during the week. (This is what I had originally suggested and was told could not be done). Now I have to attend 2 Christmas functions today with 3 hours sleep because of the lack of customer service at this dealership. They wasted my time, gas, and effort to do all this on my day off because they suggested this day. After all this, I get absolutely nothing for my troubles.

I've got my brand new mustang the same day I purchased it. The best service when purchasing the car. The ICBC representative was rude and unhelpful.

Diddy greeted us with a smile and had a very straight forward honest approach to selling us a vehicle. He was personable and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Usually the stress sweats kick in with a vehicle purchase but not with this experience. We are loving our 2018 Escape! Thanks again! Ashton & Carlo

Diddy was great to work with he was very knowledgeable and easy going. Provided a great experience and helped us find and get exactly what we wanted. The process was very smooth and didn't feel like we were being pressured/rushed into buying vehicle. Definitely going to be a repeat client at Vancouver Coastal Ford for future Ford Vehicle purchases. 10/10 would recommend this dealership over the other lower mainland Ford Dealerships.

Recently I took my 5 year old ford in for a repair and the service member was making jokes about how much I was paying. Got a call from them today to say they where sorry and they thought its better to make lite of a bad situation. I can appreciate that. May not change much for me but at least they made effort.
