John our sales person was great, no pressure, knowledgeable and a friendly person. My wife and I got the SUV with beautiful red interior, a real eye catcher wherever we go. I love the power of this SUV and I get really good mileage per litre.

Had a great experience with purchasing a FIAT for my wife from this dealership. Our salesperson Taryn, was awesome. From going out on a test drive to letting us know of the car's features, she was really pleasant without putting any pressure on us. They even make espresso and affogato with Italian gelato for you! Very professional service, and overall a great buying experience.

We got Alfa Romeo Stelvio last year. So far, we had more than 6 call backs and one oil service. We are quiet unhappy with all our experience with Fiat/Alfa Romeo service department on main/Terminal. For call backs we must leave the car for half a day or whole day. They only provide you with $15 Cab Voucher for each trip when you need to commute in the rush hour from dealer ship to West Vancouver and of course no courtesy car. When there are extra charges on the bill and you ask for clarification, the person in charge is on site, in the showroom, but because it is 10 min passed his working hours he is not willing to answer. They have made the service experience so unpleasant that we now travel 30 min extra to go to a different alfa showroom for a better service. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE STAFF AND THEIR POLICY AT ALL!!!! This made us not to go with Alfa for our next car because we don't want to continuously go through this!!

Luke was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Not pushy and has a great attitude. Make sure you try their coffee! Made in Italy and delicious!

Worst experience ever. 1. Simple oil change took an hour and half. 2. They striped off the oil plug and blame other company who serviced the car last time. 3. And they didn’t have the oil plug in their stock (seriously?) 4. I was originally charged $90 for the oil change only with my own oil. Yes I brought my own oil. Called the manager Dan and he said it is the fair market price. 5. They don’t accept cash. No Cash Maybe it is my fault. I should never drive a fiat. What a garage experience.
