I had not intended to drive all the way into Vancouver from Langley, but am glad I did. It was well worth the long drive I immediately got the sense from George that he really had my best interest in mind in purchasing a vehicle. He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was never pushy which is often the case, but at the same time he followed up in a respectful manner. He went over and above what I had expected with a lot of the finer details that gave me a sense that he really cared. Great customer service! It was a pleasant experience experience from start to finish.

After a bad experience with another dealership, I pulled my vehicle and scheduled an appointment with Ensign Pacific. I was not disappointed. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. A water leak was detected, a quote provided and my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up by mid afternoon the same day. It couldn’t have possibly went more smoothly.

Great service department. Service advisers listened to my concerns and got my vehicle fixed quickly. As well, the invoice was clear on what was done on my vehicle and what may have been the issue.

I had an over heating issue with my Dodge Journey and I pulled into Ensign Pacific Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at about 6PM Tuesday Sept 18. I met George Paul the company sales and leasing consultant. Service and parts had gone for the day. George and I discussed the problem and we thought the best plan of action to get me back on the road was to go to Canadian Tire and stock up on engine coolant. George very kindly took time away from his job and drove me to pick up the coolant. This is out standing service and a person who really cares about his customers. I made it back to South Surrey with no further problems. Thank you George. I'm on my third dodge vehicle, and plan to stay with this manufacturer for future vehicle purchases. I would consider my next purchase with Ensign Pacific knowing the great service and support I would receive. Bill Stewart South Surrey

I have tried more than a few car dealerships and was always appalled by their aggressive high-pressure sales techniques. Lucky for me I came to Ensign Pacific downtown and met George Paul. I immediately felt comfortable talking to him, and loved the fact that he was very calm,courteous and professional. I am not an easy costumer(I admit) as I always ask a bunch of questions and want to know all the options that are presented to me, and George was helpful with everything I had in mind,including emails in 10pm. I finally got the deal I wanted and very happy I did. I will definitely come back to this dealership and the main reason for that will be George.
