It’s too often we hear of all the negatives about used car sales people, (and yes, some used car sales and locations warranted of distrust) however with Dino and Phil at Granville Island Auto I cannot be any more please and happy with the customer service we received. Dino’s sales approach and follow-up were outstanding then once purchase was complete….. we were just not someone who bought a vehicle from them, after driving the vehicle we purchased from Granville Island Auto we did have an issue with front disc rotors, I called them, and they completely took care of the issue and went above and beyond expectation. Thank you to Dino and especially to Phil for standing behind their vehicles. I would recommend Granville Island Auto to family and friends. Rick

Trustworthy & Helpful, great experience from the start. Left it a while before posting to make sure everything went ok with the car. We had a minor issue with the car we purchased the day after we bought it, it turned out to be nothing in the end but the guys at Granville auto were willing to help us as soon as the problem occurred. This is the reason we bought from a dealership over a private owner in the first place. Thanks again Granville Island Auto, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Recently, I purchased a 2009 BMW X5 and couldn't have been happier with the service I received and the patience they showed me with getting the finances together. Great bunch of guys in there and I am looking forward to my first service there as well. Great car, honest and reliable employees. Thanks Sam.

This place blew me away. Phil and Sam were so much help. I had been looking for a very specific year and kind of beetle for a while, and the staff there not only had a wide range of inventory for me to choose from, but they had the exact car I wanted. I wanted a convertible beetle with low km leather etc, and they not only had what I was looking for but they also helped guide me on what would be best for me as well as for my lifestyle. These guys are super knowledgeable and their cars are quality. Everything you need in a dealership you will find at this place guaranteed. I’ve had my car for about a month now, and it’s been such a great time driving my dream car. I very much reccomend these guys and if I ever switch cars, will definitely come straight back to them.

I bought a 2006 BMW 325i from Granville Island Auto Centre in October of 2015, and I have been a very satisfied customer ever since. Sam in sales looked for cars that he knew I was interested in, and let me know of several before directing me to the car I bought. He and Phil went over the car with me in detail, and showed me detailed records of the car's history. They said it had been taken care of, and was a rare, low miles six speed which they thought would be a good fit for me. The car has been excellent, and my experience with it has shown that that Sam and Phil were honest with me about the car. from the start. I have had the car serviced at Granville Island Auto as well, and have found the service to be excellent. Sam in service has been able to help me with a quick oil top-up, and with selecting new tires, even when I have not booked a service. He is always ready to answer questions, and to help, even when the shop is busy. You may be concerned about small, used-car dealers, and I was too, given my experience with other dealers, but Granville Island Auto has proven to me that there are honest and knowledgeable car dealers whose main concern is helping their customers. I will soon be in the market for a second vehicle, and I will buy it at Granville Island Auto. .
