My wife just bought her new vehicle here and we had another excellent experience here. From Simon in Sales to Basil in the Business Office and the Manager all made the experience as pleasant as possible. Never felt pressured at all and we were provided all options with a clear explanation of each. Felt like a valued customer and will definitely be back.

Picked up a used es hybrid. Frank was great. Very helpful and easy to talk to. We were happy with the car and the service. The shiny plastic was a bit smudgy but otherwise, the car was perfect.

Derek was my first car consultant in Lexus port moody. When i decided to buy the first car in my life, there was a lot of consultants kept contact me. But when i talked with Derek by phone during one hour, i decided to meet him right away. He was very kind and professional and has knowledge about his job. He is the best my consultant, even still now. If you want to visit Lexus, Go to Derek in Port moody.
