The reception and registration team at check-in was friendly and fast. Service to inspect our 2005 Tacoma frame recalled on the Warranty Extension Program was unexpectedly quick. The waiting area is very comfortable and well-equipped. The electronic sign in the waiting room shows the status of the orders that are in progress, so there is no need to wonder or to bother the staff with questions about that. Very smart idea. My invoice and keys were brought personally to me in the waiting area when my vehicle was ready, washed, and vacuumed waiting in the checkout lane. Altogether, a relaxing, customer-friendly experience.

Had a great experience buying our used car from this dealership. Dar Austin was really great to deal with - and really professional. He was really transparent through the whole process and made sure we knew right up front some of the previous owner / car service history so we felt like he was working for us to find us a great vehicle. Joanne in the finance team was also really professional and great to deal with in completing the purchase and explained things really well. I have no hesitation in recommending Dar and the team at Port Moody Toyota.

Had a great experience working with Dar Austin when I bought my new car. He was patient with all my questions and very helpful when it came to figuring out what would best suit my needs. I really appreciated that he was there when I needed something but never pushy. He got me a great price for my trade-in and, I think, a great price for the car. I would definitely work with Dar again when I need a new car and I would recommend him to friends.
