The guys at Iron Horse are friendly and down-to-earth. They're very honest and easy to deal with and I never felt pressured while I was looking at vehicles. Their prices are great and they offer really good warranties as well as in-house financing and they have a licensed mechanic as part of their shop. I've dealt with a number of used car places, but Iron Horse is probably one of the best in the lower mainland. I'm really happy with the deal I got with them and I'll definitely be back down the road when I need another vehicle.

Dealt with Daryl on our arrival to the lot. My wife and I were very impressed with the authenticity and professionalism that he displayed. He offered us a fair trade and a good price for a vehicle we were looking at, that we ended up buying. Warranty is fair and clear, after all it's a used vehicle how much of a warranty can you get, even the manufacture stops after a certain number of years guaranteeing their vehicles. Overall a very positive experience and certainly not like the traditional used car sales lot. I would recommend and use him again in the future when the need arises.

We were looking to buy our first car in Canada. We found Iron Horse Motors on the internet as they had the type of cars we were looking at in stock. When we arrived we were greeted but then left alone to browse by salesmen who were refreshingly not pushy. When we had questions, someone was able to answer them immediately. We came back a couple of times and received excellent service each time, and eventually left with a car we were very happy with. Since the purchase I have had to contact Riley at Iron Horse a couple of times. He has responded immediately and efficiently dealt with the minor issues. In summary, we found these guys to be honest and great to deal with, and most importantly for us, the car has so far proved to be everything we hoped for and their after sales care has been excellent. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable used car.

don't let these guys sell you a car or work on your car. They did a transmission flush and stripped the drain plug and EPOXIED it to stay on (not to mention the next shop I brought it to a month after they did a flush said there was no way the fluid was flushed, maybe just drained and topped up). The plug now won't come out even using vice grips and I need to replace the entire pan. I would bring it back to them, but I don't want them touching my car again. So brutal. They also advertised the car with keyless entry and alarm system. It was neither. Mark will pat you on the head essentially and pretty much call you an idiot when you have an issue with the car. I would never buy from them again. I don't even want to bring my car there for warranty work because they'll cut every corner they can (and fill a vital plug with epoxy, apparently).

I bought my first car from Riley Tough at Iron Horse Motorcar, Inc. I was super nervous! He helped me relax, allowed me to test drive my golf, and then let my boyfriend double check it, and drive it as well. It was great. I felt at ease at Iron Horse, other dealerships in the area really pressured me and I didn't feel very comfortable. When I was nervous signing, Riley offered me a 3 month warranty to allow me to relax a bit (it did kind of help!) I bought a VW Golf 2003!! ....less than 2 weeks later my engine light came on. This being my first car I was incredibly scared to what this would mean for me (and my wallet).. The guys at Iron Horse were Fantastic. When I called them they said to bring the car in and drop it off. Within the next 24hrs they had fixed one issue and sent it to a welder down the street to fix the other potential issue (all free of charge)!! I'm impressed. I'm really glad I did not buy a car off craigslist.. And I'm really glad I went with Iron Horse. Thanks guys!
