Everybody I talked to at Eagle Ridge GM we’re very nice and made me feel super comfortable with looking for a new vehicle. The Manager was very nice, very professional and easy to talk to. I recommend Eagle Ridge GM to anyone who is looking for used or new vehicles. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. You guys are awesome!

Hi everyone, Happy new year. I wrote the following review about 2 months ago. Shortly after that someone named Ed who is the service manager of Eagle Ridge reached out to me and offered me to resolve this issue by giving me a full refund. But, I didn't get anything or a proper response since then even after sending another follow-up email. So, It's totally disappointing and unacceptable. Please keep this in mind if you want to use their services cause they don't respect their promises and just pretend to have a fair customer service, but it is not true! Thanks Hi, I’m not happy with services I received at eagle ridge this time cause they charge me $78 for just rotating the tires! They even didn’t adjust tire pressure (based on my car before & after rotation indicators). It’s not fair to earn this kind of money from a customer who paid a lot of money for buying a brand new car just a year ago. It’s absolutely too much for such a easy work. Definitely I think it should be covered by warranty not asked from customers. I would never use eagle ridge service shop again for such an unfair prices expect the warranty services! I expect appropriate response on this feedback. Thanks Shahab

I've been asked to leave a review, and I will be completely honest in doing so. I was sold a car without my knowledge that had taken place, and before even going through negotiations. I was assured what i was signing was only to be able to take it out for the night, and confirmed multiple times that was the case. Intending to come in the next day to negotiate and go through the rest of the process correctly, I was told that everything was already finalized. Horrible con artist salesman. I will NEVER buy a vehicle here again. Be warned. On the other hand, the service centre across the street is very helpful and filled with kind staff.

My experience in the past with GM has not been great , thus making me leary to give it another go but Eagle Ridge GM completely changed my outlook. From the get go we were treated with respect and made me feel like they really care. From picking us up at airport , enjoying conversation, and getting us out and on the road quickly. Thank you to Art, Jimmy, Patrick and the crew for making it pleasurable.

Service advisor was super friendly and helpful. Having moved here from Calgary they made sure I had not just the same experience as my original dealership but a better one. They were efficient and had my truck ready for me within a reasonable amount of time for the work that was being done. I highly recommend Eagle Ridge.
