This is the terrible dealership that I've ever got. Of course they were nice and kind before I bought a car. They were even nice for a few months.
When I bought the car, they offered me 3 deals and wrote it down on the document. One of them is set of tires because I saw that I need to change it in 1 year based on the car proof. I went to my car's service centre and one man said I need to change tires. So I called to iautohaus , manager, for tires. He said the previous manager is not working and how I am going to prove I haven't changed it yet. Why do I need to prove it? If they give me money to change it, I can. But they never give money to customers for those reasons.
I even asked about it to a lawyer and he even said they are breaching the contract. I got an email from the lawyer and sent it to that manager. He's still like "it's unfair. Why I didn't change tires right after I bought the car". I told him several times I did not need to change tires. And even there's nothing about due dates when I need to change tires. If I need to change right after I bought that car, I would have to let them change tires first.
This new manager ( I don't know how long he has been hiring for that position) doesn't reply the email. Even when I called them, he's not there based on one employee but she told me "one moment". if he takes a day off, she probably knows it.
I'm going to sue them in small claims court If they keep ignoring my email and contract. I don't care how much it costs to sue them even if it's a way more expensive than tires.
