The service at Brown Bros Ford was absolutely amazing, I have a 2017 MKZ and even though I never made my initial purchase their, they certainly showed no bias towards me, They even gave me a Lincoln Continental as a loaner. Ryan was my service technician and was perfect in all his actions. Thanks for the great service. Kevin

I've recently purchased a vehicle from this location (2018 Ford Focus SE hatchback). The sales employee I dealt with, Ashley Pattie, was quick, understanding of my needs / wants, and very friendly. The entire process of looking at vehicles down the the price negotiation was simple, upfront, and surprisingly enjoyable. I am so far very happy with the service I have got from this dealership and I will certainly return for any future purchases.

Every time I go in I feel welcomed by the staff. The employee, I believe Sam is his name, is amazing and makes me feel like he looks after their customers. The problem is the overall system. If you are like me, working multiple jobs, and have to take your car in for maintenance during working hours it would be nice to have a car service after you drop off. I asked about this and of course all the cars Brown Brothers Ford had available were out, obviously for jobs that require multiple days work. The issue is I couldn't even get a ride to my job in East Vancouver as I work on Venables and Clark and I was told they wouldn't drive me past 41st ave. I get that is a long drive but someone like me who works early then has a second job after I have no choice but to use time during work to get my car in for service and it would be nice to just cut down my travel time or having to ask a coworker to drop what they are doing to pick me up. Second I have had my Ford Focus, which i bought from Brown Brothers Ford, for a year now and I have been to three service appointments. One of the perks of my service appointment was always getting my car back detailed. This time my car wasn't detailed and I was disappointed. I thought it was included in the service due to having it done twice but this time it wasn't and I thought that because I pay extra for the extended warranty that maybe it is not included in the service. Then I thought about it more and was thinking it would be nice to have a clear understanding on if this is included or not. I will say that overall my year with BB Ford has been great except for this last little bit. I also have been thinking of going to another dealership closer to me to help alleviate some of these issues.

Although past visits were much more satisfactory, my service visit on this occasion did not go well. Vehicle was dropped off early on Day 1 appointment, but never looked at through the day. Work did get completed on Day 2 but too late in the day for pickup. Vehicle then had to stay in for 3 more days over the long weekend. When we did finally pick up the vehicle, the bill was more than double the original quote. Additional work was done, but no one had called to discuss the change in work scope. The repairs were done correctly and we appreciate the quality there. This overall experience was not up to past positive work done by Brown Brothers. Hopefully a one-time blip.

Definitely a good place for car service! Great staff, great mechanics, treat you and your car with heart. I've been here for almost five years, for my car maintenance and fixation, and they never let me down. I've been to many other places before I came here, and based on my experience, they are the best one in everything like good attitude, professional office staff and mechanics, courtesy cars etc. Great place and your car worth good care from them! :)
