My experience with Lexus Richmond has been above and beyond what I thought a dealership could do . My first impression of just walking in the door and being greeted with a smile and warm welcome made me feel at home instantly. I came in to solve a minor issue I had with my vehicle and to my surprise the shop foreman Eric came out to listen to my issue and solve the problem. Not only did he solve the issue he even adjusted a few other things that he noticed that weren't in spec without me even knowing. Eric the shop foreman is the best guy around , he takes so much pride in his work that's something you don't see anymore. Trust me if you are getting your vehicle serviced or even aftermarket parts put on , ask for Eric to do it ! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about Open Road Lexus Richmond!

First time purchasing a new vehicle, and the experience was very pleasant. Michael Lee was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I must have had a lot of questions because he ended up staying with me a couple hours off shift just because he wanted to me make sure I was happy with my decision and completely informed. He did not rush me at all. It was very much appreciated as not too many people would do that. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle he welcomed me with his cute little doggy Mere Mere (@tryndamere_thecorgi if you want to follow him on IG) which made the experience even better. Mere mere even had his own name tag. Michael also went out of his way to help me with one last question - how to get the touch free power back door to open. I watched him and two other men swiping their legs under the back of the vehicle aimlessly to no avail. He had to bring the vehicle over to the tech department for me and finally figured out you have to kick straight forward and back under the license plate. The technician that was assigned to show me the vehicle at the time didn't even know how this feature worked so it was nice that Michael, a sales associate, went out of his way to help me. We have also kept in touch after the sale as he has helped me with other questions I had. Would also like to mention that not once did I feel pressured into the sale and Michael truly is a great sales associate. Thank you Michael!

Absolutely steller service and an excellent car buying experience at this dealership! First time buying a Lexus and the staff was extremely helpful in meeting our needs. Everyone we met all the way from the GM ( Kirt Gill) to the sales person ( Melanie) were amazing and guided us seamlessly through the whole process! The showroom is beautiful and is well equipped with a luxurious lounge , a gift shop and more. We were given a 5 star treatment and would highly recommend this dealership to all our friends and family. Thanks to the team at Open Road Lexus Richmond! 😊👍

Just pickup the vehicle from service department, and I noticed the sunroof internal cover was left open. I inspect the section and found the side plastic fall off. I report back to the service guy and they simple just denied the repair and kept saying your job is under the car not sunroof. Even the service manager said same excuse and failed investigate the cause whom it might be. I said the lot boy who drove my parents car to car wash must touched it. They still denied you. I wonder what kind service was that ? Your staff fool around other peoples car and make the damage and you simple just reject from any cause non-related to your service job ? What a joke you are !!! While driving home, the car gps map was also being touched. And its confirm the lot boy wash your car vacuum your car touch every parts inside your car and damage every parts inside the car without your notice. I suggest everyone don't even bother go this location for service, especially seniors. You will be ripped of every single penny out from your pocket. Anyone whom wants to challenge going there, I suggest your take pictures on every part of your vehicle before you bring your car in for service. Anything damaged you will not be compensate from this dealer. In addition, we're nice enough to top the fuel back after returning the car.
