I purchased a BMW from John Rousseau and couldn't have had a better experience. He had the car ready to test drive before i came in and was very professional and accommodating. He was always available to contact and kept me updated with the status and servicing of the vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with John

My son and I purchased a Range Rover from Auto One a couple of months ago. We directly dealt with Scott, and everything went very smoothly, and very clear. Scott provided us with all the documents and records we asked for and gave us a detailed information about the vehicle including the positive and negative issues. We drive tested the car several times with no problem. I didn't find anything negative about this deal. We found Scott a professional person in his job and I will definitely go back to him for our next vehicle.

I purchased an Audi S5 from Scott. Scott was very good to deal with and a real professional. The deal was my first out of province purchase and Scott made sure that the deal went as smoothly as possible. There was a problem with the shipping company, Scott stepped right up and fixed the problem even though it was not his fault just to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Scott and Auto One to anyone

Went to test drive a car and indicated I was interested. Had them review my trade in and Scott said he'd get back to me. Never got a call back. I'm guessing they aren't interested in selling cars. I won't deal with them again and don't recommend them to others. There's plenty of good dealerships around selling good quality certified premium vehicles.

I was interested in a BMW from them, took it for a drive test and I decided to buy it with cash and I asked Scott if they are willing to take my car as a trade in, his answer was affirmative and went to check my car. After we got back in his office, he tried to pull the car proof report for my car and he said that the system is slow and I should go home and he will call me later once he gets the report to talk about money and all other things. This was the first weird thing as I never encounter a car seller who would actually send me home without earning my business. I waited the whole day for his call and in the evening I decided to shoot him an email. He replied that by 6 p.m. when he left the office, he still couldn't pull the report for my car and that he wanted to reach me but he couldn't find my phone number (which was written on the inspection report that he did on my car). On the second day, he emailed me around 9:40 a.m. saying that he has the report but he has a meeting in 10 minutes and he will call me at noon. Of course, it never happened. Is this the new way of selling cars and treat customers? We did not even got to the negotiating part, just ignorance and I cannot understand why or at least to let me know that he doesn't want to sell me the car. Wasted 2 days and possibly other deals because of Scott. I'm dealing with car dealers pretty often as I'm not keeping a car for more that 1 or 2 years and I can say that this was the worst experience and it never happened to me before...something worth sharing with all my buddies.
