Thank you Mini Richmond. We purchased the car through Katie Chan almost a year ago and love it. Katie you were great to deal with and your sincerity and follow up with Geraldine are much appreciated. Recently we had an issue with the car and the Service Department did an excellent job of explaining the issues, communicating with me and being fair on the costs. Thank you for that Angelo Penafuerte and thank you to anyone else in the background. Very pleased.

This was my second purchase from Mini Richmond within 2 years - a repeated customer. Mini Richmond really put their focuses on customers, and that's important for a car purchase. I was dealing with Justin and he was professional, genuine and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, I had great experience from Kash, he was easy going yet professional.

All I wanted for a whole year was to find a sky blue Mini Coop. I walked into Richmond Mini and met “Katie.” My husband and Katie schemed up a plan to make my wish come true! To my surprise, Katie found my car, helped my husband trade in my BMW for a Mini, and her team wrapped my car in a bow for the big reveal! ! An unforgettable Anniversary gift with a touch of personalized service by “Katie.” I absolutely adore her infectious personality and appreciate all that she does for her customers! I think by far, the the best car buying experience. Good communication and customer service even after you sign and put a deposit Unlike My past experience at other dealership. Jose started talking to me via email and when I was in the showroom Katie ended up helping me coz Jose was going on his vacation. Katie answered all my questions promptly via at the desk as well as when I texted her every time. Thanks a lot Katie you’re great. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to see you guys for a mini or any other brands that you carry in future. Thanks you.

We are very pleased to join the mini family and are grateful to have met the amazing people at Richmond Mini that made our experience very joyful. Firstly we have to thank Katie Chan who was patient and informative with us and helped us to make the best decision. The manager Ralph took great care of the whole process and was very supportive to his colleagues throughout the process, he was very warm and went out of his way in every little way for us to be happy, Jolene was awesome in her meticulous attention to detail in our financing process and made things happen properly, our friend there who got us coffee and hot chocolate, service team who got the car ready and didn’t make us wait long to install the rim arnoury.....
