I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Columbia Chrysler. I've gone to a bigger dealership in Richmond to see Wranglers, they wasted so much time, always have to "double check", never straight up answers, and so much pressure... so I left. They had bigger number of Jeeps I guess but I'm happy that I got it from good people, and wayyy better price!! There was no fishing/wasting time or testing the waters with Columbia. Straight forward with what they have in lot and what they can bring in if I wanted to, along with the lowest price they could offer, Everything straight up and I loved it. All staff are friendly and transparent. Max, Kim and Ryan.. everyone was so helpful and genuine. I went there late in the evening and ended up keeping many staff til late but they were so patient, I'm grateful for that. And special thanks to Kim! He didn't need to double check anything whenever I had questions about the Sahara unlimited model, he always had prompt answers for me and Max, Kim, Ryan.. they all really knew all about Jeep vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the deal Max gave to me and I'm excited to go to the trail that Ryan recommended for off road trip!
