Save some time and maybe spend a couple bucks more but go to a really good dealership. This place sells whatever they want, don't listen to you and even worst, when you're closing a deal they sell you life insurance with out your notice or approves; that's what happened with my husband and I. Was our first huge truck we were buying and these clowns "were in a hurry" and from nowhere added a fu..k life insurance in our contract. My best advice, don't waste your time here.

Sales Manager called me trying to get me to sell him my Jeep at rock bottom price, then proceeded to insult me when I wouldn't go for it. Agressive and shoddy sales/purchase tactics. He even flat out said "I Hate Chrysler".. Nice.. for a dealer that sells Chrysler...

I bought a GMC 4x4 truck from road star auto sales and I been looking for months until I found the price for my budget. Comparsion to the other car lots I found that they were the best group of guys on the strip. After I bought my truck I brought it to my brother in laws mechanic and they said there wasn't a problem with it and happy with my truck. Overall I found that they had the best customer service.

Buyers be aware. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. If you see somthing here you like always be one step a head and be cautious. Make sure all CAR FAX is up to date. Pay the extra 100 dollars if your not sure and get it mechanically inspected. Went to buy a car here almost committed to buying it asked the manager to print me a copy of the car fax he tells me no accidents and then shows me a year old car fax hoping I wouldn't see the date. Right there that was a red flag for me. I then tell the owner manger guy Sean print me a new copy cause your showing me a one year old car fax. He says if you want it you will have to pay. Excuse me Mr, Sean I'm the buyer not the seller you have already lied to me now you want me to pay out of my pocket for a new car fax I don't think so bud. He finally agreed to print a up to date car fax. It's comes back worse then ever. "AUCTION DECLARES FRAME DAMAGE" He tells me he gets the car in a trade but car faxs doesn't lie and it says he just go this from the auction. Yea no thanks. There's a reason why all his cars are all under priced you pay for what you get you want a peace of mind pay the extra and go to a reputable brand named dealershIp.

I found a truck at Roadstar Auto Sales and test drove it before it was ready for sale. They suggested I leave a refundable deposit and return a week later to give them time to service it. That week I did my research and paid for a CarFax report and that is when I read the previous bad review. It made me wonder if I was making a mistake. I returned to test drive the truck again and there were a few new issues that came up. They fixed those and they included a one year warranty on the powertrain. I drove off with that feeling like maybe something would happen. Well it is 3 months later. There are no new problems and all I can say was they did a great job for me and the price was lower for a newer truck than anyone else around. I promised myself I would write an honest opinion here. I say - shop wisely. These are good folks - mine was a straight up deal.
