Real Integrity and Customer Service

We had some mechanical problems with a used Forester after we bought it, and Nanaimo Subaru did much more than they were legally obliged to do. They stood by us and got us back on the road. Much appreciated!

Levi was amazing to do business with! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car! I never felt pressured, he took his time to go over everything the car had to offer and more! Overall, was a very funny guy which made the experience enjoyable. Thank you again Levi, I love the car!

We went to go trade in our first leased vehicle from a dealership on the mainland, and Nanaimo Subaru made it so easy and walked us through the steps to be able to deal with them so we didn't need to go back. We originally wanted to get back into a forester (our leased car), but ended up loving the outback even more. Levi (sales) and Bill (finance) were so easy to work with, it was a pleasure doing business with this dealership.

First new car buying experience with these guys was as positive as I could imagine; incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Richard (who helped out on his day off) and Jack were great to deal with. Came here from the mainland since they had one of the few WRX's in BC that met my requirements. Highly recommend dealing with Subaru Nanaimo, no matter where in BC you live.

If you’re looking for a Subaru, I recommend Richard Charley at Subaru Nanaimo, he’s the best. I never felt any pressure, he took his time to get to know us and figure out what we needed and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything we needed to know to make our decision. Just a great guy, always happy, friendly and helpful. The bonus with choosing Richard, is the bottle of Jamaican Jerk marinade sauce you receive with your vehicle purchase. Thanks Richard, for your patience and for making it such an amazing experience!

I’m a first time car owner and this experience was made to be such an amazing memory for me. Richard Charley made everything so easy and understandable. He was an incredible car salesman and was very professional. He found me the car of my dreams for a first car and I’m still in love with it. He walked me through everything I needed to know and I was able to see the car many times to make sure it was the one for me. I was provided with all the service records and history on the car which made it that much easier to make the big purchase. My experience was perfect and I wouldn’t have asked for a better salesman. When you’re ready to buy a car I highly recommend you go see Richard Charley at Subaru of Nanaimo because he’s the best :)
