Great atmosphere and great coffee.😀 The crew member was friendly and was able to show me the car right away as the dealers where busy with other customers. Thanks guys.

Great experience! In the past we have bought Japanese cars (Infiniti, etc.) and usually privately, not through a dealer. So this was a first for us.... absolutely no regrets! The staff was very professional and courteous. We were treated very well and feel we got a good deal. Thank you Zach! The car is amazing to drive and I’m sure we will be enjoying it for years to come. We highly recommend Nanaimo BMW and know we will be back.

Test drive of the X3 went smoothly. Friendly, not too pushy, knowledgeable salesman. Good grasp of our situation.

Wow... just wow! An Engine overheating light came on so I made an appointment and drove down from Courtenay (over an hour drive), they had the car for a few hours and told me it had something to do with the electronic software and engine wasn’t actually overheating and everything was fixed. 15 minutes on the highway back the car starts rattling and shaking. I pull over, call them and after multiple calls they tell me to call a tow truck and bring it back. An hour on the side of the highway for the tow truck to show up and back to the dealership. Their technician went home for the day so they gave me loaner car. The next day I get a call and am told the front axel snapped, it had nothing to do with the service they performed and was just a coincidence, they need to order the parts from Germany and it’ll take a few weeks to arrive. 18 days later in the loaner car I get a call saying it’s all fixed. I drive down the next morning but call ahead to make sure everything is done and ready to go. There was something rolling around under the middle console since the last service so I had asked them to take a look at it. They told me it’ll likely be a coin and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and I’d have to pay for the labour. I said that’s fine I’ll pay for it. An hour drive again and when I get there I asked what was rolling around in the car the service guy tells me it was a coin. I ask what kind of coin but he doesn’t know and says they threw it out. I ask to talk to the technician that worked on the car so he goes to the back and comes back to tell me that they haven’t actually done the work. Dumbfounded I ask, but you just told me it was a coin, why would flat out lie and tell me it was a coin if you haven’t done the work and you don’t know what’s in there? He apologizes and tells me it’ll be roughly 45 min for them to do it that I can go grab lunch or something. Annoyed but nothing I can do at that point so I go to the mall near by, an hour and half goes by no call so I call them asking when my car will be done, 15 min later they call me back saying it’s ready. I go back and they tell me it was a toonie they found but they won’t charge me for the labour for the inconvenience they caused me. I wouldn’t recommend getting a BMW serviced from them, I’ve been to other BMW dealerships and never had a problem.
