#mack #lily these 2 people where amazing. The team here at Nissan where outstanding. Going in I knew I had some issues with some things in the past. They where able to work with me and never stopped till I was in a newer vehicle.

The best car dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They actually deliver what they promise. It is literally a pleasure doing business with them. And my deal? Spectacular. Above and beyond what was expected. Shop here with confidence that you will be properly looked after.

TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, AND ACCOMMODATING!! My wife and I have been shopping for about 7 months for the right deal for a 2018 Murano. I can absolutely say that Mack at Duncan Nissan listened really well to all our needs and got the job done. Awesome! I would recommend these guys to friends and family anytime. Thank you,

Mr. Mo Jaber( Internet Mgr etc. ) is a bit too pushy and is a high pressure, at the scruff of your neck approach type of employee. Definitely a turn off and he had exhaled bad breath: halitosis vigorously while I test drove a vehicle: Nissan Leaf. Completely lacking professionalism. He puts a red rose tea bag in about 2.5 ounces water w/o sweetener for me as a guest/customer and what a complete joke and a complete lack of courtesy and diligence !!!

DON'T BUY USED AND TRUST THEIR INSPECTION. I'll admit I didn't look into it upon buying but my transmission fluid clearly has been overdue. Car was bought over the recommended Nissan threshold for my vehicle I expected it to be done, this fluid clearly has never been changed. They tell me it was inspected at the time but the 5k I've put on my car could not put it in that condition. I've now got a $200 expense that wouldn't have come up had they not skimped on the car getting required and recommended maintenance at the time. Typical dealership reflecting badly on the brand and not willing to make it right.
