Awesome customer experience, professional and knowledgeable staff. We originally checked out Victoria Hyundai in our search for a new car, after being lied to about a mechanical inspection, and then being insulted by a sales manager, we ended up walking off the lot and decided to take a trip to Duncan Hyundai to buy a new car. The staff, management, and overall experience here was a refreshing example of how easy buying a car can and should be. Skip Victoria Hyundai, take the extra time and make the trip to Duncan, its well worth it.

Best customer service ever in the service department. Chris just made an incredibly stressful situation manageable. I have bought Hyundais for years, and will continue to buy my cars from the Duncan dealership as long as they have such fantastic people working there.

All staff were very helpful Knowledgeable and friendly! After the sales manager at Victoria Hyundai was so rude dismissive and rude i left the lot and called Duncan hyundai. I ordered the Santa Fe Ultimate 2019 and it showed up with in two weeks. A month shorter than Victoria said. Duncan Hyundai staff all went out of their way to accommodate my needs, from Sales, finance right down to the insurance staff everyone was great! I would definitely recommend Duncan Hyundai to anyone!
