I bought my dream truck from Bluenose even though I was technically still shopping around. I went in for a test drive of a 2008 Ford F250. After having a chat with Dan and taking him for a ride in my Toyota we talked turkey. Dan offered my a very good price on my truck and next thing I know I'm travelling down the highway in my cool new ride. There was none of that "used car salesman" tactics, no pressure and the whole transaction went by with no fuss or muss. I can't express how great the experience was. Thanks to all the folks at Bluenose!

December 12, 2018 SALES VISIT - USED "This dealer feels for their customers, even if it costs them" I purchased a beautiful 2007 Mercedes a few months ago. All was well until the radio ceased to function one day. Taking the car to Mercedes the problem was diagnosed as a faulty amplifier. I had purchased a good Insurance plan, but my claim was declined. Amplifiers are not covered. The estimate was over $3500. I called Carsten Krogh at Bluenose Motor Co, almost sick with the unexpected expense. Carsten calmly assured me he would look into it. I thought 'sure, he can look all he wants, that won't fix my radio'. To my utter astonishment, he called back to tell me that Bluenose Motors would take care of the problem. Frankly, I was dumbfounded. How can you beat that for service. Five stars for sure.

We have the utmost respect and trust for the staff at Bluenose Motor Company. They are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, honest and reliable. As residents of the Lower Mainland, we find the need to travel long distances to work, for business and for pleasure, and depend on our vehicles for safe and reliable transportation. We have been extremely happy with all of our purchases from Bluenose Motors, ranging from compacts to minivans. Al Cameron and his team stand behind their inventory and ensure that the vehicles they are selling are reasonably priced, in excellent conditions and of high quality. In the event that any problems do arise, such as the need to replace parts or resolve mechanical issues, service is always provided in a quick and efficient manner. We are confident that we will continue to purchase our future vehicles from our favourite car dealership in Parksville as we are guaranteed exemplary service and quality inventory. I bought a car from Al and his staff a while ago and had a great experience. So much so that my Wife bought a truck for her business from them on my recommendation. We live on the mainland, but when it's time to invest in a quality vehicle, I feel the drive and travel time is totally worth it to know I will have another great experience. Highly recommended.
