We went to get our Subaru Outback serviced and Kent was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, and personable at the same time... his customer service skills were exemplary. We had some special requests so he went out of his way to accommodate us. Parker Subaru have been fantastic since we first became customers; no hassle making appointments or getting through. Oh and they have yummy cookies too!

This place is very honest. Clean waiting room and bathrooms. They offer coffee, hot chocolate or tea and cookies and dog snacks. Customer service personnel tell you exactly what they did. They treat women the same in explaining what they did. I trust the work they do. Plus they came out to a north mall to give me a jump when my battery died. Then I went to the shop and had them change out the battery and got me out of there ASAP so I could get to my volunteer job at the food bank.

Drew went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience searching for an Outback. Working with Drew felt like working with an old friend. He placed absolutely no pressure on us while providing us with all of the information we needed to make our decision. Drew even came in on a day off to help us out. Don made signing documents a pleasant and fun experience, even sharing M&M’s out of his secret stash. We would definitely choose Parker Subaru in the future and are happy to be able to choose them to service our new Outback.

Just picked up my new 2019 touring from Parker. Jason White was my sales person who helped all the way through the process. I can't say enough about how he took time to help me figure out how to get going on the car. I live over by Seattle, came over via plane and Jason picked me up at the airport. He demonstrated everything I would be getting in my car on the ride back. Thanks buddy- The drive back home was a blast. My dad had bought a car from Parker 8 years ago and now I know why.

They were very fast and efficient. We had plans so I was nervous about making it to Spokane in time. They overheard me and put two guys on it so we could make it. They were doing more than I thought they were. Otherwise I am fine with waiting.
