Great staff! I always have my dog with me when I need to get my truck serviced - he appreciates the kindness and efficiency as much as I do. And he usually gets a few pets and treats from staf when there is a free moment.

I bought my truck at Fort Motors. I had no issues with the purchase and no issues with warranty! The warranty department gets my vehicle in as soon as possible and give me a courtesy vehicle until the work is complete. I really have nothing bad to say about my experiences with the dealer.

I purchased my car at another dealership three hours away, but came to Fort Motors for problems with the headlights. They have been very accommodating, explaining all the issues involved. I really appreciate this dealership for how they have supported me and resolved my issues.

So I was traveling down the ALCAN and my rear axle seal started leaking, it’s a Saturday, I’m thinking no way will service be open, they were open and understood I wanted to be on the road!! They had room, and fit me in the schedule, Chris the service advisor was awesome. They got me back on the road, everyone I ran into here was nice and very accommodating. 5 star plus!!! Thanks again!!
