Pretty upset with carter Toyota!!! I had never used their service department before until Last Wednesday December 5th. I called on my way to work (I live in deer park work in colville) seeing if I could get my car in for an oil change because it was needing it done asap. They had a 4pm available. I brought my car in at 3:50pm. I told them I would not be able to pick my car up by 5:30pm when they closed because I work 3:30pm to midnight, they told me they would call me before they closed to get payment over the phone and discuss location of my keys. Well... I was at work, working with my phone nearby to hear the call; I NEVVER got a call!!!!!! I happened to look at the time when it was 5:34 & realized they still hadn't called me! I called and of course it went to the after hours automated system. I frantically called a friend to come get me hoping they all hadn't left the service department. I had to leave my job to do this! :( We got there and every light was off and my car was parked outside!! I had just got back to work after a month off postpartum I needed my freaking car to pick up my one month old baby and my two other kids in Deer Park !!!!!!!!! My friend happened to know where the service manger lived so she took me there, he did come down to help me get my car (I am thankful for that) but if it weren't for my friend knowing where he lived I would have been stuck in Colville and would not have been able to get to my kids!! Also they went ahead and rotated my tires and put a air filter in that they charged me for (we talked about it but they were supposed to call me to let me know first about tires and if they had the air filter!! =/ ) All in all I will never go there again... haha they wouln't miss me... they didnt even remember to call me!!! I guess its acceptable to assume people can figure out ways 60 miles home! I will also not recommend them for services. Sorry but thats ridiculous!! This interfered with my job & potentially not getting back home to get my babies... NOT COOL!

Super friendly, easy going, but incredibly small selection.

I have been a customer since 1998. From purchasing vehicles to servicing my vehicles they have been great. Once I was on my way to Spokane for an appointment and they check engine light came on. I stopped by and they dropped everything to check it. It was nothing urgent and I was able to make it to my appointment. They take care of their customers.
