So we bought a trailer. Been shopping around since Jan last year. Sales people were so patient. We absolutely love our new to us holiday trailer. Thank you Jim, Kim, Lana and all the techs that help with the sale, walk through and service. You guys are the greatest. R&T

Our trailer that we bought in January was never detailed as promised plus we have a hole in our floor which was never fixed and I’m still trying to get a hold of them in September and they never return my calls or the manager doesn’t return my calls. We’ve had a lot of problems with this trailer actually with cupboard doors falling off the hot water heater had to be replaced. Furnace didn’t work last winter fuses going all the time. I’m still waiting for a callback from the manager if I ever get one. The first photos showing what is a hole in the floor which is the size of a human foot size 10., we also just noticed there was no filter in a water filter and there’s a leak in one of our walls when it rains it comes through on the blinds and onto the carpet. All of this was supposed to be fixed before we bought anything from them which they obviously didn’t do and I’ve been trying since February to have a callback from the manager Sean and he hasn’t responded yet which really annoys me.

I came here to buy a trailer and i really appreciated their low pressure attitude and how i could just wander around and look at stuff. I put a deposit on a trailer but i ended up finding one privately I liked more, so i never bought anything from them in the end. I thought I may loose my deposit but they gave it back to me with no hassle and no questions asked. I'll remember all that if i get another RV down the road.

I went to Arbutus RV not knowing what to expect. I’m always worried about purchasing and pressure from sales people but this experience was amazing! Karen met me on the front step and showed me the trailer that I wanted to see. It wasn’t exactly what I expected when seeing it in person so she showed me a different one that she thought I’d like and it was absolutely perfect for me! There was never any pressure, Karen was full of information walked me through everything step-by-step, answered all of my questions with a smile and made me feel comfortable before I decided to purchase it. Even after I purchased it and it was on the lot until I was able to bring my truck to get fitted with the sway bars, she continued to assist me with my questions via text or telephone whenever I needed more info. I would recommend Arbutus RV and have already recommended them to several people and told them to go see Karen! Thank you for making my experience with buying my first big trailer an amazing one!!! 😊👍
