Sales team worked hard to get my order from Northern Light quickly and price was reasonable. Modified an order to the factory to get me what I wanted. But camper was not as ordered in two small details, (had microwave, missing second battery).Pick up of the camper seemed un-necessarily delayed. Business manager seemed way way to focused on up selling services. Pick up of the camper was awkward and camper was improperly secured to the vehicle. Camper is great though. Very happy with it.

5 stars for delivery to our site and beginning negotiations. 1 star for the salesman calling me unethical. I was told they were unable to deliver the unit until after the long weekend. We agreed to the purchase with the understanding it would take a couple days to get the unit ready (this should have meant ready for the long weekend) when I made a call to the mainland to see if they had a similar unit and if they could have it ready for the long weekend they said absolutely. It was the next conversation that our salesman called me unethical. I was ready to walk away but I was then ‘warned’ by management that if I bought elsewhere it would be very difficult to get maintenance and warranty work done. So feeling a bit trapped we went ahead when we were told the unit would be ready for delivery Friday. So I guess if management and the salesman had initially worked with the maintenance crew to ensure they had a happy customer who was making a new purchase. I would have had a much more positive experience and review. I am hoping that in the event we ever need maintenance our future business will be more positive

Great experience got what we really needed. And gave us great advice how to sell our tent trailer. We will be back again some day when we need to upgrade.

Steve Miller offers Incredible service and is extremely knowledgeable with trailers. We had some questions about our trailer after hours on a Sunday and he gladly took our call and walked us through the steps which helped us immensely.
