Great staff, who care for you, great team decision making South Coast Ford is 10 out of 10. I would recommend if your about to buy a new vehicle first see South Coast Ford, it's a no brainer. I've bought twice with them and it was a great experience every time!

South Coast Ford has been my car dealer for over 30 years. I have bought my cars and had them serviced here. I have been very satisfied with both sales and service provided. When I ask questions about repairs needed I am always given details, costs and reasons for both. My one 'wish' is for a five year or 60,000 km warranty as I use my car for local driving only so my warranty expires while my car has low kms and then I have to pay for repairs that would have been covered had I used it more.

The salesperson Wayne Pretty was helpful, knowledgeable and low key. I liked that. I despise slick, high pressure sales people. The finance guy though made me feel like I really needed to buy the extended warranty. That is where the pressure came in.

Our purchase of a new vehicle was made easy and comfortable with the aid of Madison Calsbeck. We found her courteous, informed, professional and comfortable during our experience at South Coast Ford Sales. We were also impressed with the time Madison spent with my wife and I, explaining the functions of our new vehicle. If she did not know an answer, she took time to find out. In the event, we purchase another vehicle at South Coast Ford Sales, we will certainly look for Madison.
