From day 1 conversations with Mathew were difficult as he seems arrogant and doesn't care to provide clear explanations of possible solutions to problems. Upon my 1st of 3 visits, he asked me initially about what I had done to service my BMW and I said whatever needed service or repair. He asked specifically if I changed plugs, filter, other maintenance things recently and I said no. I don't drive it a lot. He then said, Oh, so it's not maintained. I was a little insulted and said I need guys like you in your profession to tell me what to do when. I'm not the mechanic in the room! I said let's get on a maintenance program, and you tell me what needs done. So, after the small repair I had done, he said everything looked fine and didn't need plugs, filters, etc. I knew that to start! Every conversation seemed argumentative, even when I was asking for alternative solutions to repair a washer fluid leak. He quoted a part, said it could be something else though. Fine, but when I asked if he could just plug the system (headlight washing system) because I really don't need it. He proceeded to say that I don't want to spend money, so how is he to fix it. I said, who wants to spend money on a system you don't need...can you just plug the hose or hole from the tank? $100 to diagnose, then he said the parts and labour are on top of that now. So the quote went from $200 for a headlight telescope repair, to more if that wasn't the solution, all the way up to $100 on top of the part and labour (so $300). So, that was my cue to tell him that his arrogance just lost him a customer and I walked out. I have plenty of money to pay for repairs...but why did he insist on repairing something I didn't want working. Likely greed and arrogance. I'd say find another shop where the owner isn't argumentative and just trying to get you to pay for repairs you don't need. *** REPLY: I said that I didn't want it fixed...I also said I didn't want a fluid leak. I used 3 fingers of a rubber glove, covered the hole of the pump, removed the pump fuse and VIOLA! NO LEAK in under 6 minutes. No leak, no problem, and no longer a customer of ML Autoz. And, my last visit to your shop you "diagnosed" my loose gas cap for $112 when all you had to do was plug in a "diagnostic" to see why my engine light was on...good thing the gas station was full service and paid me back. Honourable mechanics would have gave a pat on the back and said we'll work it out next time... Try and remember this Mathew... Greed + Arrogance = No Customers!

Diagnosed a starter coil problem with my 2008 Mini Cooper first visit which the Volkswagen dealership nearby could not in 2. Always great service and price. Thanks Mathew!

I've been to ML Auto twice these last days. I asked Matthew to do safety and mechanic inspections on 2 cars I was planning to buy. Matthew and his staff did a real good inspection and thanks to them I did not buy the first car with transmision issues. Those guys do good work and you can trust them for a serious and honest inspection for a decent price.

I originally started taking my cars here because of the good reviews. I have been a customer for 2 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. They are honest and their prices are super reasonable.
